Weddings, Banns, Funerals and Baptism

GETTING BAPTISED & CHRISTENED

At St Mary, baptisms take place during our Sunday morning services. If you live in the parish or regularly attend our church and would like your child (or yourself) to be baptised, come along to our 10.15am Sunday service and speak to a member of the clergy afterwards. A meeting will then be arranged in order to talk through the practicalities and to explore the purpose of baptism and what it means for you and your child. Alternatively do get in touch by email or by phone 0207 2811459. Do take a look at the Church of England page about Christenings, it’s fabulous.

WEDDINGS, BLESSINGS, RENEWAL OF VOWS

If you would like to find out more about getting married at St Mary you can simply make contact with Tamsin our Vicar by emailing her. You can also make an enquiry from here by going to

www.smhr.org.uk (you need to copy this web address as it doesn't create a link)

On our front page we have direct links to enquiries for Baptisms, Weddings and Funeral.

If you are getting married somewhere else and need to have your banns read at St Mary, then do get in touch by email with Tamsin and she will arrange to meet with you and give you a form that needs to be filled out, as part of that process.

You can call 0207 2811459 or email Tamsin

FUNERALS & MEMORIAL SERVICES

We are sorry that you have to make an enquiry about a funeral arrangement but we hope we can support you in whatever way possible. Funeral services can take place in the church followed by a burial or cremation or they can take place at the crematorium. For initial enquiries either contact your funeral director or our vicar Tamsin (020 72811459). We can also consider the possibility of organising memorial and other occasional services here at St Mary Hornsey Rise.
