Notices are displayed in the church porch and further details are published in the Four Parishes News Magazine for April 2024.

The APM is to elect Churchwardens and may be attended by all persons:

- whose names are entered on the church Electoral Roll of the parish and 

- resident in the parish whose names are entered on a register of local government electors by reason of such residence.

The APCM covers several aspects relating to the parish including:

- the election of parochial representatives of the laity; 

- a report on changes to the church Electoral Roll since the last APCM;

- an Annual Report on the proceedings of the parochial church council and the activities of the parish generally.

To be eligible to vote, you must have your name on the church Electoral Roll of the parish.
