St Cuthbert West Hampstead

With the support of the Bishop of Edmonton and the Priest in Charge at St Cuthbert's, the PCC and Churchwarden of St Cuthbert's West Hampstead have decided to pause Sunday morning services at St Cuthbert's for the short term future. We still have a number of other activities taking place at the church on a weekly basis and the PCC continue to meet with the Priest in Charge to take care of the administrative and pastoral needs of the parish. We are taking this time to discern prayerfully what kind of church and community the Lord is calling St Cuthbert's to become. When we have had time to develop a clear idea of how we can best serve the needs of this parish and congregation, we will look to appoint  a new priest to lead our congregation.  Please keep our parish in your prayers as we move into a new chapter.

Safeguarding

Our parish of St Cuthbert W Hampstead is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of London’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO: [email protected] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor: [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
