St Martin's Church, Gospel Oak

Join us for Holy Communion from 10.30-11.30am Sundays and a Quiet Holy Communion from 12 noon to 12.30pm on Wednesdays. As restrictions are being lifted we ask that you please continue to exercise caution. When you visit for Holy Communion please 'sign in', sanitise, and continue to wear a face covering when moving around the building. We also respectfully ask that you maintain social distancing in order to look after all our church family ....

St Martin's is a warm and welcoming church with a friendly worshipping community at the heart of the fascinating Gospel Oak Ward in Kentish Town. A dramatic grade-I listed Church, St Martin’s is a stones throw away from Parliament Hill. The church was described by Pevsner as the 'craziest of London's Victorian churches', adorned as it was, with pinnacles, like some fairy tale castle, was built in 1865.

The parish of St Martin with St Andrew Gospel Oak is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of London’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
