Thursday, 29th May 2025 is Ascension Day, the day when we celebrate that our Lord Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven to be reunited with his Father.
We are marking this in the Eccles Team Of Churches by coming together for a team service of Holy Communion at Eccles Parish Church starting at 10:15am which will be led by Revd Avis Gordon.
The service will be followed by refreshments in the Bridgewater Room which is open every Thursday as a "Place Of Welcome"

Please join us for our Sunday Morning Service which is a combination of hymns, bible readings and prayers usually ending in a celebration of Holy Communion. All are welcome ~ and also to stay for refreshments after the service.

The Benefice Weekly Prayer Group starts at 10am on a Wednesday morning at St Andrew's Church in Chadwick Road in Eccles and is followed by a service of Holy Communion at 11am ~ all are welcome at either or both of these events. Please join us for a Summer Fun Quiz Night and Supper at Christ Church in Patricroft starting at 7pm on Saturday, 21st June 2025! Sunday Afternoon Café Church takes place at St Paul’s Church in Monton on the 4th Sunday of each month starting at 4pm. The service is relaxed, informal and modern in style…and is for all ages. Everyone is welcome!
