Eccles Parish Church

We are pleased to say that Eccles Parish church is still open for public worship. Our Sunday morning service will start at 11:15am.
We have a short midweek Communion service on Thursdays at 10.15am. This is normally followed by refreshments at the Place of Welcome in the Bridgewater Room (part of the church), however for the time being we have suspended refreshments until the current wave of Covid subsides.

We are the Anglican Church in this parish which covers Eccles Town Centre and Ellesmere Park. Within the Eccles Team our sister churches are St Paul's Monton, St Andrew's Eccles and Christ Church Patricroft.
Thank you to everyone in our community for helping us to make it through this difficult time; in the same way, we are here for you. We give thanks to God that we are being carried through this time of great uncertainty. People of faith are constantly aware of how much we need His love, His grace, His strength and power working through us especially on these toughest of days
Due to the continuing Coronavirus threat
\- no books will be handed out and hymns can be sung with face masks on
\- On entry please use the hand sanitiser station which is available at the entry into the church
\- The service will be presented on a screen
\- Instead of shaking hands during the peace a little wave will be used

St Andrew
Manchester
Welcome to St Andrew's Eccles.
Everyone is welcome to join us at St Andrew’s at 11:15 am every Sunday for our weekly service including children for whom there are separate activities in the lounge area at the back of church. Although it is no longer a legal requirement we continue to encourage people to wear face coverings and use the sanitiser provided on entering the church. We are now able to offer refreshments after the service to those who would like to stay. The church is also open for private prayer from 8:30 am to 9:30 am every weekday but Wednesday when there is a Communion service at 11am
Salford Foodbank continue to run a Distribution Centre in the church on Mondays 1-3 pm. (Please note people needing to obtain food from the foodbank can only do so if they have been issued with a voucher. Please see https://salford.foodbank.org.uk for more information)

St Paul's Church Monton
Manchester
We will be very pleased to welcome you to St Paul's Church in Monton where our Team Rector is Revd Ross Garner. Our Sunday Morning Service starts at 9:30am.
We have also been posting services on the Eccles Team Ministry You Tube page and on the Facebook page for Eccles Parish Church St Mary's.
The Parent and Toddler Group normally meets in the Community Room on a Wednesday under the caring leadership of Joyce and Tony Checkley. The Community Room is also available for private hire; please contact Rosemary Grovestock on 0161 917 8589
