We welcome enquiries about Funerals, and are always willing to speak to and pray with the bereaved; we are also willing to speak to and pray with those who are seriously ill.
During the pandemic, Funerals are held in cemeteries, at the graveside, or at crematoria. The current legal limit on attendance at Funerals is 30.
The Funeral Service includes Prayers and Bible Readings, as well as an Address. A Funeral is an occasion for giving thanks to God for the person who has died, remembering them, mourning their passing, and commending them to God. Initial arrangements are normally made through Funeral Directors; we then contact the Family to discuss the Service.
We are willing to make arrangements for Memorial Services after the pandemic has ended, for those whose Funerals have taken place during the pandemic with restricted numbers.
