We are a beginner friendly martial arts club doing HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) with a modern approach to learning and development. We are a community interest company working with all ages from 8 upwards. Our aims are to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of people within our community through our different intervention programs.

We want to promote resilience, raise aspirations, and improve confidence as well as encourage good physical fitness amongst our client base. We are passionate about all the projects we deliver and about supporting our community.

At the Ascension altar (back of Church)

Exposition from 6pm with meditational music. Benediction will be given at 6.45pm followed immediately by Mass.

Sung Mass with incense, sermon, Sunday School, followed by the Angelus.
Occasionally the blessed sacrament is exposed on the high altar for 30 minutes before the service begins for adoration and prayer. Please keep silence when entering the Church.
