Sacred Trinity Church

We would love to welcome you to join us at Sacred Trinity Church on Chapel Street in Salford where our Sunday morning service starts at 11:15am. This is always followed by the chance to chat over a cuppa! On Sunday evenings we meet from 6:45pm for a brew before the evening event itself starts a round 7pm with something different depending on which Sunday in the month ~ see our Services and Events page for more details. Our Rector is the Revd Canon Andy Salmon..

Tuesday from 12noon to 2pm we  are open as a Place Of Welcome. Please call in to see us, share drinks, snacks and chat with others. 

Wednesday Evening at 6pm we usually have "Silence In The City"; come and join us to experience 20 minutes of quiet contemplation.

Sacred Trinity is a friendly, open-minded church. Here since 1635, We continue to be an uplifting, loving, transformative and sometimes surprising presence in our community. We produce a short video service which is available to view on Facebook and our YouTube Channel, simply search for Sacred Trinity Church.  On Wednesdays we have a half hour service of quiet meditation at 6pm called "Silence In The City".

A Place Of Welcome

Every Tuesday at for 2 hours
Sacred Trinity Church
Sacred Trinity Church, Chapel Street, Salford. (We are on the corner of Chapel St and Blackfriars Rd.), M3 5DW, United Kingdom

It's simple, we open the doors as a Place Of Welcome on a Tuesday between 12noon and 2pm letting people in to share our space! We'll have the kettle on and will happily tell you about the history of the church if you want but people are also welcome to come in to chat, have a look around or join us in a health walk ~ weather permitting!

Ash Wednesday and Lent

Wednesday 18th February is Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent. We have a service at 6pm, which is when Silence in the City usually occurs, but on Ash Wednesday, we will have a communion service with “imposition of ashes” and music.
