Join us at St Michael's for our Bible Breakfast - the study and teaching of Scripture. We meet each Wednesday at 10:00 am in the church. Each session will last about an hour and be accompanied with breakfast refreshments. All are very welcome. Bring your own Bible!

St Peter’s Church welcomes families to this family-friendly service.
Each service will last about 35-40 minutes, and will involve modern worship music, an age-appropriate Bible message, scripture, and prayer. All are very welcome.

This is a fun, social event offering men the opportunity to chat and make friends, share concerns, learn new skills, be more active and gain confidence. Lots of different activities available.

All are welcome to join us for this weekly said Eucharist Service

St Gabriel's Church opens its doors every Monday morning from 9.30 till 12.00 to invite people from the community in to our building to enjoy a free drink and refreshments. This is not just for church members but for everybody in the neighbourhood who would like to come along.

We hope that people will come along to socialise and just enjoy each other's company. During the morning we aim to provide simple entertainment such as a quiz sheet, some armchair aerobics, bingo, craft activities etc. We are sure that some of you may even have your own skills to share!

However, none of these are obligatory - you may prefer to just sit and chat - and that is perfectly fine!
There is no charge for anything - our aim is just to offer a warm and safe place where people feel safe to connect, belong and contribute.

Do join us! If you would like to come but you are struggling to get there, please call one of us and we will do what we can to arrange transport for you.

Evensong is a church service that’s traditionally held as the sun goes down, marking the passing of another day in faith.

It’s fairly short, usually around 40 minutes, and features choral music, readings and prayers.

The service is introduced by an officiant, who welcomes the congregation and leads prayers, and it is attended by clergy, choir and organist, as well as the congregation.

Most of the service is sung by the choir on behalf of everyone present, although the congregation is invited to join in with some prayers and communal hymns if desired.

The modern Evensong service is based on a pattern laid out by The Book of Common Prayer in the Anglican Church, and it features choral music, readings and prayers, which the congregation listens to, and either responds to or joins in with, depending on the part of the service.

We will be open 10.00am until 12noon serving toasted items and hot drinks in our lounge - the perfect way to start your weekend.
