God desires us to be well and to be happy, and from the earliest times, Jesus' followers have laid hands on the sick and anointed them (see Acts 28:8 and James 5:14) just as he did, and in his power and name. Healing comes in many forms: this service is a quiet and thoughtful opportunity to come before God with our own needs and concerns.

Our Cross on the Coast services (shared with the Benefice of Beadnell, Ellingham and North Sunderland) take place at 7pm each Wednesday during Lent until the week before Palm Sunday starting at St Mary's Church.
