St Michael's Church
Welcome to St Michael's Church, Silverstone. The Parish of Silverstone is a part of the Whittlewood Benefice in The Diocese of Peterborough.
Although the Church Buildings have been closed, we are looking to gradually open up for Worship and for Private Prayer, however, this will be a slow and careful process. After all, Your Safety, is very important to us.
Although buildings may be closed or restricted, the Church is not. We continue to offer prayers daily, and hold, in the Benefice a Zoom Worship each Sunday! Do join us. There is information elsewhere on this page.
Please also consider supporting us financially, we have a giving button below.
We are very committed to the safety of everyone who comes to us, not only in the face of the Pandemic, but long term for all children and vulnerable adults. Please see the following statement on Safeguarding.
The parish of Silverstone: St Michael is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Benefice Safeguarding Officer, PSO. The Diocese of Peterborough’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
