Exton - St Peter & St Paul

Welcome to the parish church of Exton in lovely Rutland. We enjoy services twice a month, details of which can be found under Services & Events opposite. Our church building is one of the finest and most beautiful in the whole of the area and boasts some fine statues and other carved art, one by the notable Grinling Gibbons. Do come and visit the fine building, but most of all, we do invite you to one of our services of worship.

Yes, we do perform weddings, baptisms and funerals at the church and would love to receive any enquiries.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Exton - St Peter & St Paul is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Peterborough’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
