Prayer Wall

"The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know." (1 Timothy 2:1)

To pray is to make our hearts ready to experience the love of God in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Prayer opens us more deeply to the transforming grace of God. We enter into God’s presence, allowing the Holy Spirit to pray in us.

Our virtual prayer wall (run jointly with St Mary's Platt) is now available here

https://padlet.com/cogs_and_platt/CoGS_Platt_Prayers

We don't always know how to pray, or what to pray, and asking others for help in praying is something people have done for centuries. Asking someone else for pray is, in fact, a type of prayer in itself!

Simply double click on a brick and write your prayer request in the box that appears. Requests are anonymous (unless you create and log in to a Padlet account) and names in the prayer will be changed to initials to respect confidentiality. Prayers need to be approved by a moderator before they are shown on the wall.
