The Church of the Holy Innocents is situated on the North Downs about three miles north of the junctions of the M20 and A20.The village of Fairseat lies on Vigo Road, leading west from the A227 cossroads at the Vigo inn.
The church of the Holy Innocents stands in its own grounds at the western side of the village on the opposing side of the road to the duckpond.
