St Philip's Church (formerly Cage Green) is one of
four churches in our Parish that covers the area
of north Tonbridge.
Although the service styles across the churches
vary, we work together as one parish in our common
vision to make known the love of God and to serve
our community. Our worship reveals our reliance on
the Bible as the Word of God and our trust in the
Holy Spirit.
A broad range of people make up our churches
including families with young and grown-up
children, pensioners, young professionals and many
others.
St Philips itself has a lively caring community of all
ages. Services are drawn from traditional outlines and include songs/hymns led by a music group, readings, a talk and prayers. There is a creche, and groups for children aged 4-13. There are prayer groups and social events - see the parish website.
Whether you are interested in our history, wish to
get married, have a child baptised, want to
investigate Christianity or are looking for a
place to worship and meet other Christians, we
