Gringley on the Hill is a village in North Nottinghamshire whose origins can be traced back thousands of years. This website records the activities of the Club through pictures and articles. Our active Club holds regular meetings, has published books and maps and other materials, and attempts to record and present items of historical interest to the village. The club has also completed the work of a 'Churchyard Recording Project' which lists all known gravestones and their location, so if you are looking for a forebear, this is the place to start!
