Church of England Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham Misterton

All Saints' Parish Church, Misterton

Across the Oswaldbeck Benefice, churches are taking the relaxation of Coronavirus restrictions very seriously. Wearing a face covering is still recommended, along with use of hand sanitiser, and the NHS Test & Trace QR code (or completing the register of attendance). All the pews have been opened, but people attending church are advised to sit where they can maintain distance between themselves and anyone not in their 'bubble'. Holy Communion is delivered in one kind only and singing may be limited to one or two hymns. This will be updated shortly.

See the post elsewhere giving details of services, when and where. The church continues to be open for private worship on Sundays and Wednesdays from 10.00am to 4.00pm. On Wednesdays, there is a service of Morning Worship at 10.00am for around half an hour. If you're going into the church, everyone is urged to be cautious. In addition to the above, please remember that if wishing to light a votive candle in memory of a loved one, bring your own lighter or matches.

Go to the church's Facebook page for links to the Bishop's Start the Day and other online services.

Within our own Diocese, Bishop Paul and Sarah produce a series of monthly morning briefings. You can find them on this Church's Facebook page (All Saints' Parish Church Misterton) along with a lot more news.
