Safeguarding statement

The parish of St Mark's Siddal is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults.

We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. Our PSO is Charlotte Taylor, contactable on 07583 785374. 

The Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information, including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. Join us in a time of prayer this evening as part of Thy Kingdom Come, which runs from 21st May till 31st May. Every night we will be joining together, along with the community at Halifax Minster, in a compline prayer.

This will be via zoom, which can accessed at https://zoom.us/

The words for the night prayer will be shared in the meeting.

Please join from 9.20pm for a prompt start at 9.30pm, as we have a 40 minute time limit on the meeting.
