Benefice Service at St. Peter's, Ovington.
On this day we remember Jesus’ arrival in Jerusalem riding on a donkey and the welcome that the crowds gave to him just five days before they turned and demanded his death. Everyone goes home with a cross made from a palm leaf to remember how the crowd’s welcome changed and resulted in the crucifixion.

A Communion service to recall the day when Jesus shared the 'Last Supper' with his friends and then watch with Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane in the Lady Chapel.

Join us as we join together with Christians from the Alresford area to remember the events of the first good Friday and to witness to the love of Jesus for our community. This year we start from outside the Alresford Methodist Church and walk to St. John’s. Please meet there to be ready at 11am on Good Friday ~ 3rd April. This event will be for all ages.
