The Downs Benefice aspires to be a vibrant Christian Community with Jesus at the heart of our ministry - making a difference.

We aim to do this by being a relevant, welcoming, inclusive worshipping community, embracing all people, serving others and sharing the message of Jesus.

And we want to do this with humility, grace, love and prayer.

Although situated towards one end of Littleton, St Catherine’s plays a central part in the life of the village. In addition to our Sunday services we provide: a weekly toddler group; an Anna Chaplain, who ministers to and with the more senior members of our community; a monthly lunch club for the elderly; social events such as the Safari Supper; and pastoral support for those in need in the parish through our Parish Visitors scheme.
