St John's is open every day, usually from about 9 in the morning until 5pm. We depend on kind volunteers to lock and unlock, so if they sometimes arrive a bit later than planned or have to lock up a few minutes early, you will understand.Getting here
If you are coming from Romsey, drive through the village of Braishfield towards Kings Somborne. You will eventually come to a cross roads: turn right for Farley Chamberlayne. It is a narrow, high sided lane, so drive with care. After a mile or so you will come to another cross roads; turn left, then fork right to reach the church.
If you are coming from Winchester, take the A 3090 for Romsey and turn right at Standon. When you come to a T junction at the bottom of a hill, turn right. The road goes along a valley floor then turns sharply left to bring you up to the cross roads near to the church. Turn right at the cross roads; fork right for the church.
