Following a Risk Assessment, it was decided that we could provide a socially distanced Carol Service and then we just had the weather to worry about. Despite rain at lunch time the weather cleared, and we were able to go ahead with the service.Details of the service and pictures from it can be found here:
During our morning Eucharist today, 20th December, we were treated to the Nativity, or part of it, by the Children's church members. It was absolutely wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed by all in Church. Welcome back to our church, we are open again following the lifting of the second lockdown, and we look forward to welcoming you all to our church services. Please remember that under Tier 2 rules there should be NO socialising between different households in church, we hope and pray that this will change soon but until then we must all play our part in stopping the spread of COVID 19.We are working on the main services that we usually hold in the run up to Christmas and will let you know via this page what we are going to do. For the most popular services, such as the carol concert these maybe online as we still cannot sing in church.
