Church of England Diocese of Worcester Bishampton with Throckmorton

The Chapelry

The Parish of St. James Bishampton and The Chapelry, Throckmorton is now associated with the Five Alive Parish covering Charlton, Cropthorne, Fladbury, Lower Moor and Wyre Piddle. We hope you will feel welcome visiting any of our churches.

We are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Worcester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

This is a service which we can follow in our own home each Sunday. It includes a bible reading, reflection and prayers. The service sheet for each Sunday is uploaded to this website the day before. We are also joining together via Zoom at 5:00pm each Sunday to follow this Service together online. Please email Revd Sarah [email protected] if you would like to be emailed the Zoom link.

Regrettably our churches will generally be shut at the moment. We will have a church in our group open each day, though. The Chapelry, Throckmorton is open on Fridays 10-4 and details for other days are included here.
