Church of England Diocese of Worcester Berrow with Pendock

The Church of the Redeemer, Pendock Cross

During this third period of national lockdown, we have taken the very difficult decision to stop holding services in any of our Churches, apart from socially distanced funerals, limited to 30 people attending.  However, The Church of the Redeemer remains open for private prayer from 9am to 4pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  We continue to hold services online at Phone Church via Zoom, and details of how to join us can be found at https://berrowbenefice.org.uk/using-phone-church.  We will review the situation at the end of January in the light of the spread of the virus, as we are keen to re-start services in our churches as soon as it is safe to do so.

Welcome to our wonderful warm and welcoming little wooden Church, a unique gem, set in the centre of the village.

The parish of Berrow w Pendock is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs.

The Diocese of Worcester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services
