We have decided to re-start services in our church buildings as from Sunday 14th March, when we will be holding a Mothering Sunday service at Eldersfield Church. From then on we will continue to alternate our Sunday worship between in church and online, and continue to hold our Wednesday and Friday services online using our Phone Church facility on Zoom. In addition, two out of our five churches remain open for private prayer. Our celebration service on Easter Day on 4th April will be held at St Faiths. Welcome to St Faiths! This cherished gem of a medieval Church sits in beautiful countryside, looking up to the Malvern Hills. Situated in the middle of its unusual circular walled churchyard, the Church itself has been recently renovated thanks to a Heritage Lottery Grant and the unstinting hard work and devotion of the local community. Now kept open for public use, you are very welcome to share the peace and tranquillity of this ancient place.

St Thomas of Canterbury with St Peter & St Paul, Birtsmorton

We are delighted to announce that we will be re-starting services in our Churches from March onward, beginning with a Mothering Sunday service at Eldersfield Church on Sunday 14th March, and a Palm Sunday service on Sunday 28th March here at Birtsmorton. We will continue to alternate virtual services on Phone Church with Sunday services in our buildings, and our Wednesday and Friday services continue to be on Phone Church. Birtsmorton Church is an inconspicuous looking medieval Church, set back from a quiet country road in glorious countryside, close to the Malvern Hills. Our more well known neighbour, Birtsmorton Court, is famed for its beautiful gardens and as a wedding venue, which means we are lucky enough to be asked to carry out 30 to 40 weddings or wedding blessings a year, and to be able to welcome wedding couples and their families into our congregation. In addition, the Church has some treasures within in the form of some medieval stained glass fragments, two fascinating tombs and a wonderful modern stained glass window depicting one of our patron saints.

All Saints, Hollybush
Worcester
All services at All Saints are currently suspended due to coronavirus, but it has now re-opened for private prayer from 9am to 4pm Friday to Monday inclusive. We have devised and set up some prayer stations, and re-arranged the seating to create space and a focus for prayer and contemplation. Our new window displays include a rainbow window paying tribute to all keyworkers and a new one set up this weekend to celebrate Candlemas. All are very welcome to come in and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
All Saints, Hollybush is the little Church on the Common, in the lee of the Malvern Hills. Built in 1869 to provide a church for the quarry workers, its now open all day every day to provide a haven of quiet and calm for all who need it.

The parish uses it once a year for our annual Sunrise service on Easter Day.

We are delighted to announce that we will be resuming inbuilding services on Sunday 14th March with a Mothering Sunday service at 11am here at Eldersfield. We will alternate our Sunday services in our buildigs with online ones, and continue to hold services virtually every Wednesday and Friday. Welcome to St John the Baptist, Eldersfield, a beautiful medieval building with its iconic landmark spire in the midst of some of the most beautiful countryside imaginable. Our ring of 6 bells makes a joyous sound, floating out towards the Malvern Hills. Inside, the welcome is always warm and we are very grateful for all the help and support we receive from our local community in keeping this historic building well maintained and very much still at the heart of the village.
