Getting here

St Mark's is a small, friendly church just off the Bath Road (opposite the Co-op) in Worcester that offers a warm welcome to everyone; the car park is approached via Orchard Street.  Family services are generally on the second Sunday of each month.  There is a new 'Access for All' ramp into the church for people with limited mobilty, in wheel chairs or with buggies.  The car park is approached via Orchard Street WR5 3DW.  Turn off Bath Road opposite the Co-op then left and left again in through the entrance.

Baptisms usually take place on the second Sunday afternoon of each month.

For information about baptisms, weddings, banns (including away banns if you live in St Mark's parish but are holding the service in another church) or funerals, please contact Rebecca Caskie in the Team Office, St Martin's Church, London Road, Worcester.  Tele:  01905 358083 or send an email to:   [email protected]

We have a large hall situated beneath the church and it is available to hire for private functions, i.e. children's parties, and for regular group events.  Hire includes use of the large kitchen and contents, tables, chairs and, weather permitting, the large lawn that fronts the main road.  Heating between October and April is currently included in cost of the hire of the hall which is £13 per hour but due to be reviewed in Dec 2022;  it can cater for up to 72 people.  To make enquiries or view the facilities, please telephone Val (01905 358637) or Jan (01905 351392).

Should you require further information about the long-term groups that hire the hall or anything else, information can be found on   www.stmarksworcester.wordpress.com   Here you will find photographs, including those of the ramp, and the basic details are being added to and updated all the time.
