About Us

The present building replaced the wooden mission church of St Barnabas. Became a Parish Church in 1949. From October 2014 the congregation of St Luke's Church in Cradley Heath joined us as their building closed for public worship.

The church building is comfortable, simple in design and presents a peaceful interior.

We enjoy a variety of worship styles. Some services are formal and traditional; others much more informal. We have a large number of young people and always welcome more. A number of midweek groups take place for young and old.

Our main church service is normally at 11am with our Junior Church starting at 10:45 (so you can drop them off and get your pew nice and early).

In 2014 we rented a property on the High Street in Cradley Heath and from there we and other volunteers support the Cradley Heath Community Link. It accommodates the food bank as well as other groups. People can call in for help with writing letters or making phone calls if they want our help in some other way.
