Thinking about a wedding or baptism at St Mark’s? Come and meet us!

If you’re making an enquiry about getting married at St Mark’s or having your child baptised, we’d love to invite you to join us one Sunday morning and get to know us a little better.

We meet every Sunday at 10am, and it’s a great opportunity to meet Chris, our Vicar, as well as some of our church family and experience St Mark’s for yourself.

Our services are friendly and relaxed, with uplifting music, an inspiring and down-to-earth talk, prayer and Holy Communion.

Bringing children? Please do! We don’t expect them to sit still and stay quiet — if they want to move around or make a bit of noise, that’s absolutely fine.

And afterwards, stay for a cuppa and a chat. It’s a lovely chance to say hello, ask any questions you might have about your wedding or baptism, and begin to feel part of the St Mark’s family.

Come as you are — we’d love to meet you and your family.

St Mark's Parish Church, Pensnett

A church at the heart of Pensnett, with a place for everyone.

Nestled amongst the trees on the side of Barrow Hill, St Mark’s has been part of the Pensnett community for over 175 years. Today, we’re a friendly and welcoming church family, seeking to follow Jesus and share God’s love with our community.

Whether you’ve been part of church all your life, haven’t been for years, or are simply curious, you are welcome here. Come as you are, bring the family, ask questions, meet new people and discover what St Mark’s is all about.

We’d love to welcome you.
