The Parish Church of St Nicholas stands on raised ground in the Main Street just across the road from The Village Community Shop and Post Office. You really cannot miss us.
The church is open daily from 9.0am to 4.0pm. There is no car park.
The Reliant buses (Route 40, York to Easingwold) stop close by.
Services are held nearly every Sunday at 10.0 am and a weekly prayer meeting is held at 9.0 am on a Thursday.
Todays congregation offers a warm welcome to visitors wishing to share in their worship.
The churchyard is "closed" and current burials take place in the churchyard extension, immediately across the road (North Back Lane) to the North of the churchyard.
We are part of the Forest of Galtres Benefice so we share our vicar with the four other churches of the Benefice.
