St Andrew's Church

WELCOME! We’re so glad you’re here!

We are one church with two buildings and all are welcome. The 10.30 am service at St Andrew’s is planned with families in mind and there are activities for children each week. 10.30 am worship at All Saints is planned mainly with adults in mind, but there are activities for children on the first Sunday of each month.

Covid Safety: We are ‘doing church differently’ at our three Sunday services to offer a choice. If you prefer to remain socially distanced, let others know by placing one of the cards on the seat beside you. Above all, let’s be kind to one another. 

8.30 am at All Saints—No singing. Please wear a mask unless you are exempt. 

10.30 am at All Saints—Singing. Face coverings ‘expected and recommended’. 

10.30 am at St Andrew’s—Singing. Face coverings ‘expected and recommended’.

Refreshments are served after the 10.30 am services - please join us. We love to meet new people.

The parish of Huntington, Earswick & New Earswick is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of York’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

Thank you for supporting the work of our church in the community

Huntington Road (opposite The New Earswick Bowls Club),

Tots is a friendly, informal group where all babies and preschool children and their families or childminders are very welcome. Sessions start with play, refreshments and lots of time to chat and make friends. Then we have a short story about Jesus or the world we live in and make something to take home before singing lots of action songs. Please help us by supervising your own child at all times and keeping an eye on other children around you.
Cost: a small contribution towards refreshments and crafts is asked for.
