Church of England Diocese of York Holy Trinity with St. John, Micklegate and St. Martin cum Gregory, York

Holy Trinity

Welcome to the Priory Church of the Holy Trinity which lies at heart of the historic quarter of Micklegate in York. The parish extends from the River Ouse to the Knavesmire. We are a living, inclusive church and extend a warm welcome to you to attend our services and special events.

The church is open every day for personal prayer and meditation. Many people find great help in using it this way. The prayer requests they leave are prayed for regularly. You are welcome to do the same.

The parish of Micklegate: Holy Trinity is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of York’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
