We welcomed over 40 people, children and adults, to our service telling the Christmas story - A Light in the Stable. Rev'd Alison led our service, the wonderful White Star Band from Malton accompanied our carols, children found the knitted figures which make up our nativity scene which were dotted around the greenery dressed church and Hugo, Leonora, Hattie and Thea read beautifully. With mince pies and mulled wine afterwards it was a lovely village celebration. We will be doing it all again in 2024 so look out for details and come and join us!
