Our Memory Tree is now located half way up the lefthand side of the Minster after entering through the main doors. Do come and spend some time here in quiet contemplation and add the name of someone you love and miss. All welcome.

The usual pattern is a choral service of Holy Communion on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Sundays with Morning Praise on the 4th Sunday. Please check the church noticeboard for any variation to this pattern.

Join us for a beautiful service which starts in darkness as the Minster gradually transforms with candles, music and hope. Join us afterwards for mulled wine, refreshments and mince pies.

BELL RINGING PRACTICE

Join us for a short service of said Communion using the Book of Common Prayer.

Our mixed choir of young choristers and adults meet on a Friday night.
Currently, rehearsals are from 6.30-8.30pm although the time can be flexible, so please check first.

We are always looking for new members of all voice types. Please email our Director of Music, Matthew Collins on [email protected] for more information.

Traditional folk music for the season to cheer hearts and minds with tea and cakes. Free entry with donations to Minster funds.

A nativity in a stable just like the first Christmas. Sit in straw bales, enjoy carols and a live band , children can participate in the nativity story ( some costumes available) - all followed by mulled wine & mince pies.

All-age event every 3rd Sunday at Howden Minster and one off Special Events.
Please note: all children must be in the charge of a responsible adult.
Sorry, we cannot take unaccompanied children for Messy Church, but adults will enjoy the fun along with the children.
