Holy Rood (Holy Cross) Day 1925 saw the young Michael Waters being baprised at St Hilda's Church Whitby.  To clebrate this event 95 years later Michale proposes to walk from his home in Fylingthorps to St Hilda's where he will renew his baptism vows.

On Saturday 13th September he will walk from Fylingthorpe to All Saints' Hawsker

On Sunday 14th September, following the morning service at All Saints' he will complete the walk from All Saints' to St Hilda's.  There he will renew his baptism vows.
