At St Luke's there will be a special focus on safeguarding as well as prayer for our Children & Youth leaders and and helpers. We will be showing a video suitable for all the family and using liturgy specially written for the day. On November 9th there will be a Remembrance Sunday morning service and, the same day, a special afternoon bereavement service to remember our loved ones. On November 16th we observe Safeguarding Sunday coupled with prayer for all those who are Children & Youth leaders and helpers. Preparations for Christmas begin on Friday 14th November when we will make Christmas Puddings together. Advent begins on 30th November, with all the usual services - Carols round the Crib, the Nativity Service, our Carol Service and Christingle.
