The Annual Chaplaincy Meeting will be held in:Chapelle du Lycée Jeanne d'Arc Saint Aspais, 18 boulevard André Maginot, 77300 Fontainebleauon:Sunday 26th May 2024 11:15AMFor election of chaplaincy representatives of the laity as follows –- To the Chaplaincy Church Council- For the appointment of Church Wardens- For the appointment of Archdeaconry Synod representatives- And for the appointment of the Independent Examiner of AccountsFor the consideration of:- (a) a report on changes to the Electoral Roll since the last annual chaplaincy meeting;- (b) an Annual Report on the proceedings of the chaplaincy church council and the activities of the chaplaincy generally;- (c) the independently examined financial statements of the chaplaincy for the year ending on the 31st December preceding the meeting;- (d) a report of the proceedings of the deanery synod;- (e) developments in Diocesan and Chaplaincy Safeguarding policy and practices- (f) other matters of chaplaincy or general Church interest.
