There will be a range of beautiful gardens open in Orford some for the first time. As well as strolling around the gardens visitors can enjoy a pop-up café in church with home-made cakes, buy plants, and enter a raffle to win a £100 National Garden Gift voucher.



Tickets and refreshments will be available in St. Bartholomew's Church from 10.30am and the gardens will be open from 11.00am to 3.30pm. Entry is £7 per person, with discounts for groups over five and under-18’s go free. Contactless and cash payments are accepted. Most of the gardens are accessible for wheelchairs, and there is a large pay and display car park in Quay Street, opposite the Jolly Sailor pub.

Welcome to St Bartholomew Church Orford, the historic spiritual and musical heart of the community of Orford.  Details of all church services and other events can be found under the 'services and events' tab on the left hand column.  We form part of the Wilford Benefice of 18 churches on the Wilford Peninsula on the Suffolk coast.

The church is open daily to visitors and St Nicholas Chapel is set aside as a quiet area for private prayer and contemplation.
