We are a small, welcoming community of Christians brought together by a shared love of Jesus,a desire to worship and grow in Christ, and for friendly fellowship and mutual support and encouragement.
Our church is a part of the Anglican Chaplaincy ofHoly Trinity Utrecht in the Diocese in Europe,a part of the Province of Canterbury in The Church of England, and our services are in English. Our members come from around the world. Some have been born and raised in the Netherlands and have found a spiritual home at the Anglican Church in Zwolle. Some are cradle Anglicans, many come from other church backgrounds. All are welcome.
We believe that it is through worship, teaching, fellowship and private disciplines of prayer and reading Scripture that we become more deeply aware of who God is and of our own souls. This encounter and union with God through Word and Sacrament changes us. We become light and salt in the worldand are more loving towards our neighbours. Our final hope is the life of heaven, a life we begin to participate in even now. You can visit the Church ofEngland's website to find out more about what Anglican Christians believe and for a history ofAnglicanism.
If you live in the region of Zwolle and are seeking a spiritual home and Christian fellowship please join us on the 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month at 4pm andintroduce yourself after service when we have a time for refreshments and conversation.
We have Carols and Lessons at Christmas, a Harvest Service in the autumn and Bible Study monthly. The liturgy is an Anglican one and all services are organ led.
***Our next service is Holy Communion on Easter Sunday at 4pm on Sunday, 16th April 2017***
Children are always welcome at our services. Sunday school is provided by prior arrangement – just send a message via the contact page.
