Accessibility
A car park is situated at the back of the church, which can be found on Park Place, Rushden.
Our toilets are situated in the church hall, a lift is accessible for the toilet.
THERE IS A LOOP SYSTEM in this church for the hard of hearing.
At the 10.30 service, sit outside the pillars for the best reception.
THOSE WITH HEARING AIDS SHOULD TURN TO “T” others ask for a “hand held” aid.
Large print notice sheets are available.
Baby change facilities are accessible in the toilets in the church hall.

Music and Worship
We have a full and active band of bellringers, who meet at 7-30 pm till 9-00 pm every Friday evening to practice, everyone is most welcome to visit.
Church bell-ringing is a thoroughly enjoyable, ancient and traditional activity.
Our bells have rung out over the town for more than 200 years proclaiming the Christian message to the people of Rushden.
To maintain the tradition and keep it healthy we are always looking for new recruits. If you are interested in joining contact the Tower Captain – Brenda Dixon on 01933-358982

St Mary’s Choir is long established and over the years choristers have come and gone supporting the traditional 10.30am morning service. Our longest serving members have been with the choir up to more than sixty years, such is the popularity of singing in our church choir.
Do you love to SING?
Why don’t you join St Mary’s choir. You do not need
to read music, a good ear is helpful. Come along to
choir practice on Wednesday evenings at 7pm for an hour.

Once a month our Live band plays at the family service.
Groups, Courses and Activities
If you have children with you then please bring them into church. At the 10-30 Sunday service you can decide if you would like them to stay with you in the service or join our children’s group (Lighthouse) in the hall.

We run a 3 day holiday club during August annually for children.
Encompass (previously East Northants Community Services (ENCS) the working arm of the East Northants Faith Group (ENFG) supporting Recovery House, Rushden Homeless, Corby Homeless, The Food Bank and Day Centre and other local projects: Encompass
Every Monday at 10.00 a.m. (during term time), for parents / carers with pre-school aged children.

We start by meeting in the Hall where the children collect a musical instrument to play whilst searching for Pilchard the cat (who has been hidden somewhere). This is the followed by the lighting of a candle, a short bible story, colouring and some fun songs.
We then have craft activities available for the children (and parents) or/and an opportunity to play with the toys, whilst enjoying a drink, biscuit and a chat.
Come and join us. £1.50 per family
Every Monday we have ‘Beans Club’ 11.30am – 12.30pm all welcome.
