Our celebration of Easter continues this week both in our churches and also online.

If you are unable to attend in person, you are warmly invited to join in with our Rector, The Revd Mark Woodrow, from your own home, as he celebrates Christ's Glorious Resurrection with Holy Communion from the Vicarage.

The readings for today are Acts 16:9-15, Revelation 21:10,22:1-5, and John 5:1-9.

The hymns for today are, Put peace into each other's hands, and In our darkness light has shone.

Join us for our Annual Church Meeting, including the Election of Church Wardens.

The APCM will follow on from our 11am Service (so approx. 12 Noon)

Ascension Day is one of the earliest Christian festivals dating back to 68AD and is the 40th day of our Easter celebrations.

On the day of His Ascension, Jesus commissions his disciples to continue his work, and promises them the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Join us at 7pm in the Church of St Peter & St Paul, Clare as we meet as a Benefice to celebrates Christ's Glorious Ascension with Holy Communion.

Following the Feast of the Ascension on Thursday, we now begin to look forward to Pentecost and the coming of the Holy Spirit. Our services this week both in our churches and also online reflect this anticipation.
