We all gathered on a clear Saturday afternoon in the church on the 22nd Dec for our annual village carol service. The church was decorated that morning by several helpers and what a beautiful and welcoming sight greeted us. All the readings were read beautifully, thanks to Rosa, Charlie, Zack, Matilda, Thomas, Michelle, Catherine, and Nick, and this made the service extra special. To celebrate restoration of 2 of our 3 bells, we sang "Ding Dong, merrily on high"! starting by chiming the two bells. A special thanks must go to Mark who played all the carols on our harmonium, which filled the church with proper music, an massive effort.
