Revd Eleanor Goodison was licensed as interim Priest-in-Charge of the Hoxne Benefice of Churches by Bishop Mike, Bishop of Dunwich at a service at St Andrew's Wingfield on Sunday 4th October. Please hold her in your prayers.
Following the loosening of government restrictions, we are now allowed to open our churches a few hours a week for private prayer. To do this, we must follow strict cleaning procedures so it hasn't been an easy decision to take.However, in most churches it will be happening, so welcome back for private prayer!Opening hoursAthelington Church - will remain closedDenham Church - Wednesdays, 9am to 5pmHorham Church - Sundays, 9am to 5pmHoxne Church - Fridays, times to be confirmedRedlingfield Church - Tuesdays, 10am to 4pmSyleham Church - Thursdays, 2pm to 5pmWingfield Church - Thursdays, 2.30pm to 5pmHowever, for your own safety and that of those around you........* please use the hand sanitiser provided, both on your way in and way out of the church* please ensure that you keep the required distance away from othersThere may be particular local restrictions, for instance certain areas of the church may be roped off.
