Ruscombe: St. James the Great
We are one church family spread across four churches: St Mary’s Twyford, St Nicholas Hurst, St James Ruscombe and Twyford United Reformed Church. Together, we seek to share God's love in our communities.
We each represent different strands of Christian tradition, but share the same desire for ourselves and for other people: that we might come to know God better. Services at St James', Ruscombe are traditional services and take place at 9am and 6pm.
The parish of Ruscombe & Twyford is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO. The Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
