St Mawgan in Pydar

Church Dedication:  St Mawgan & St Nicholas

St Mawgan-in-Pydar Church is the parish church for the beautiful village of St Mawgan, just north of Newquay Airport, between Newquay and Padstow.

We have two websites: this one as a part of A Church Near You for church services and the day to day running of the church, including guidance on any safeguarding concerns. We also have a website all about the church's amazing history and heritage: stmawganchurchheritage.org, that has a timeline and particular features on the medieval bench ends, the bells, clock and tower, a churchyard trail and pilgrimage, including the Cornish Celtic Way.
