A major construction contract is underway at St Mary's to repair the eastern boundary wall which collapsed in December 2019.  This will involve significant and sensitive works in the churchyard and the church is closed to the public - except for the planned Sunday Services - for several weeks.  The churchyard is also closed to the public during contractor working hours - Monday to Friday - and we would ask people not to enter the churchyard when the barriers are in front of the gates.  The church car park is being used as the Contractors' compound so parking is restricted to a single file on the left hand side of the road down from the farm.  Please do not drive over or park on the grass verges.
