Nottingham’s civic church is seeking a creative and practical Operations Director to join our leadership team. This pivotal role supports the Vicar, PCC, staff and volunteers in turning a Christian vision into reality – from managing finance, HR and buildings to enabling worship, events and community engagement.

St Mary’s is a busy place which seeks to be a beacon of light and hope to the city. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with excellent organisational and people skills, who can balance ambition with pragmatism and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

Part-time (24 hrs/week), £24,000 (FTE £35,000) + pension.
