Accessibility

From January 2020 there will be an accessible toilet with Baby Changing Facilities in the North Porch area accessed via the steps or lift under the North West tower, available during Minster Events.

Parking Permits are available inside the Minster for those attending Sunday Services.
There is a Public Pay car park next to the Minster on the Saturday Market Place.

Disabled parking bays adjacent to the Minster - please note that Blue Badge holders do still need to pay for a parking ticket.

The main entrance to the Minster is a level entrance without steps or a ramp.
The North Porch entrance from the Saturday Market Place is a level entrance with a lift down to the Nave area (available from January 2020).

The organ is played for Sunday services at 10am and 6.30pm. A programme of recitals takes place during the summer months on Tuesdays at 12.30pm from the beginning of May to the end of September.

BCP Evensong is held regularly at 6.30pm on Sunday evenings.

The choir sing Choral Evensong on Sundays at 6.30pm , then once a month for Choral Eucharist at 10am as well as for Civic services and other special occasions.

Groups, Courses and Activities

Our Bible Study group meets weekly at 2.15pm.

A coffee morning is held on the last Wednesday of every month at Marriotts Warehouse on the South Quay at 10.30am.

The Minster actively supports the work of the King's Lynn Debt Centre an initiative between Churches Together King's Lynn and Christians Against Poverty, if you would like help or more information please contact Emily Hart on 07495 017364.

Help for Visitors

There are a number of leaflets & guidebooks available in the Minster

During the summer months a cafe is available on Tuesdays prior to the weekly recital and Saturdays from 11am-1pm for Tea and Cakes. A cafe is also provided for other special occasions such as Hanse Day and Heritage Sunday.

The Minster has a small shop manned by a small but dedicated team of volunteers, you will find it open most Saturday from 10.30am-1.00pm and on Tuesday morning during the summer months.

Our church is open daily from 8.30am until dusk.


Other Features

Where possible the Church tries to ensure that as many items as possible are FairTrade or responsibly sourced.

The Minster support the local foodbank with a monthly collection at the Sunday Services on the first Sunday of each month. These collections are shared between the Foodbank and the Purfleet Trust a local charity that supports the Homeless.
