Holy Communion service

Occuring
Every Sunday at for 45 mins
Venue
Taverham: St Edmund's
Address
Taverham Road Taverham Norwich, NR8 6SY, United Kingdom

Holy Communion is celebrated by the whole people of God gathered for worship.
This service will include reading(s) from Scripture, a sermon and prayers of intercession.

This service will also be on-line via the St Ed's Facebook page.
Note: On 27th June Val is being ordained at the cathedral and we are hoping to livestream the service into St Ed’s on that morning - which may be at 9.30am and so will affect this service. More details when we have them!

In church this is a Holy Communion service. For those joining on-line this will be a 'Spiritual Communion Service'.
At present, Communion will be administered in one kind only with no sharing of the common cup. The president alone will take the wine, other communicants will receive the bread only, in the hand.
In order to minimise overall risk, intinction (dipping the bread into the wine) is not to be practised.

We are trialling a period where it is not necessary to sign up in advance. Just come along!
Everyone is welcome

As of 8th August 2020 Government requirements concerning the use of face coverings in church buildings have changed. Face coverings are now mandatory inside the church building.
