Sunday Early Shoebox Service

Occuring
for 45 mins
Venue
Taverham: St Edmund's
Address
Taverham Road Taverham Norwich, NR8 6SY, United Kingdom

Traditional service with Holy Communion.
We will be collecting Christmas Shoeboxes as part of the Blythswood appeal.
Shoeboxes are sent to people of different ages in the poorest parts of Eastern Europe. This year shoeboxes will be delivered to vulnerable people in Ukraine, Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kosovo, Moldova, Romania and Serbia.

The boxes are filled with a variety of items to bring warmth and cheer to people who have very little. The shoe boxes have a wonderful impact on the lives of their recipients. They help to assure these people that they are remembered, prayed for and loved by the Lord.

Our prayer for those receiving the shoeboxes is that they know God loves them, just as he loves each of us so deeply.

This service will include reading(s) from Scripture, a sermon and prayers of intercession.

All welcome.
